How much ms Do you get and where you from ?

Try to mess with your Minecraft settings. If it didn't solve then tell me i also have low settings and i got 300 + fps

You could attempt by restarting your router or you could try using the IP 'jartex.fun' as I do believe that has less connection issues tahn the others, If none of these work then I'm afraid there is nothing much more you could do apart from contacting your Internet Service Provider and state that you're experiencing lag issues.​
