How to activate Hunter skills

How do you activate hunter skills when fighting a boss? Help pls trying to figure this out for a long time

How do you activate hunter skills when fighting a boss?

I think the word you are looking for is abilities.
Basically when you level up your skills, you unlock abilities.
You dont need to activate these abilities explicitly as they are active all the time
and gets triggered depending on what ability it is.

For example in your case you want to know about abilities which you get by levelling up hunter skills.
Lets take "Dungeon Splash" for example which is level I hunter ability,
it is supposed to do area damage to dungeon mobs
And it is activated when you do mob damage i.e when you are fighting a dungeon mob.
