Global How many words in CAPS LOCK do you need to get warned/muted?

I got muted by RainzyMC for saying "./PARTY JOIN montearchie". From my 1.5yrs on Jartex I've always been told it's 3+ words & 15+ letters. Also, I got warned by him earlier for caps, he didn't go straight to a mute.

montearchie you are right, you should receive a warning for caps lock if you send 3+ words in caps or a string of nondescript capitalized letters.
