how jartex is hosted ?

how is jartex hosted, i mean they host the server from their own pc especially for that kind of thing or from a minecraft server hosting site that they are paying some money per month.

JartexNetwork is hosted on Roubaix, France, and yes they host on a huge server hosting company called OVH. Yes, they pay money to the host ;D

Recently the server went down btw and they blamed the hosting company
