how i Use Slime spawners cuz they don't work and Fix /is biomes

First i don't know how to use slime spawners they dont spawn evrywere i put them i can't find a slime chunk cuz mobs are not pasivly spawn ... HelP !
fix the /is biomesi wasted 10m on it and aint working ...
