Solved Forums How I got muted on the Jartex Discord Server for no reason

So today I was on the Jartex Discord server and then a guy showed up and posted the CS:GO scam with the skins, I told him to frick off, and then a trial admin muted me for the reason of "death threats". I told one of my friends to go to the server and ask the guy why did he mute me, he told him that it was because I was making "death threats" to a guy who was willing to scam people. He asked the trial mod if he had proof that I threatened him with death, and what did he say? He said "I don't need proof to mute someone". He also said that if he saw the "death threat" he can just mute me. Now I don't know what death threat he was referring to, but this is totally admin abuse, since you cannot mute anyone without proof that he did something wrong.

The spam is not even real, I have my friend that can say that I didn't spam, and he himself doesn't have any proof, will you just let me muted because he said I spammed? Also if you don't know, if I would've spammed I would've get automatically muted and my messages would be deleted, however I didn't get muted because I DIDN'T spam.
