For getting donator role on discord, your discord account should be linked to your ingame Jartex account which is having a permanent rank. This could be any rank, as long as it is permanent you should get the donator role. You can create a ticket on forums or message a senior moderator directly with evidence of you having rank for getting the role, with former method more encouraged.
