how do i make a warp so people can come to my island?

my brothers started playing skyblocks dream and they want to visit my island, when they try /island visit (username) it says my island doesn't have a warp, I went to my island upgrades, upgraded my warp. still doesn't work. i am new at this, i don't know how this works, please help.

1. Make a sign.
2. Put it somewhere on your island.
3. Write 'Welcome' on the sign
After that you can change the warp postion with /set is warp ... (Or something like that)

better to do /is setwarp <name of the warp>
and to delete the warp do /is delwarp <name of the warp>
