You place a sign on the chest. and you do the following:
1st line: your ign
2nd line: Number of items to be Sold/bought
3rd line: S (for sell) B (for buy) Followed by price, For ex: B5000
4th line: ID of the item you're selling you can find by holding in your hand and doing /iteminfo in chat.
