How do I get a refund for donating or must I charge back?

Only started playing the server yesterday. First time playing mine craft in years, I find this server and love it so I donated Elite rank. Couple hours later I’m banned for cheating for 24 hours by console!!! Cheating??? Mad because I got stuck in a block and it lagged and banned me lol. Now I’ve made a unban thread and I’ve been told they can’t unban me until I go into a discord channel? I can’t fucking get onto discord it won’t let me join the server! I want a full refund or I’ll be charging back because I’m not gonna play a dead out server that bans you for lagging lmao

Go to jartex discord server and send an screenshot with taskbar in assistance chat, then tag a staff with team screen share role so they can screen share you

Also charge backing is against the rules

False Bans could be made by the console due to the point you mentioned , they can be waited out or as Lumin0us mentioned on the discord , if there is an issue joining the discord server , get in contact with a staff , but be sure that you have tried multiple times and still no success . There is also a strict no refund policy (mentioned in the main page of the store) :

"Since the items and ranks you receive when purchasing are Digital Intangible Items, there is a strict no refund policy.

Since you can not replace the time it took to assign you the rank, and/or give back the items you received no refunds will be granted.

Opening a PayPal dispute will result in your account being banned on our network and other webstores. "
