hello i was playing skywars and i met this player named Hikmet_Can_ , i met him last week and his attack was wierd then i saw today in my own eyes that he was hacking

the map was flat in rush and he went to the pre mid with no blocks cuz he was flying

That proof is not even enough. When reporting a hacker try to record him not take a screenshot because it will prove nothing.
