Helpers should be able to manage nicks​

Description:

Pretty self explanatory and useless. But i don't see a reason why helpers shouldn't be able to change nicks.

This would be pretty helpful because the only moderator that reads dm's is kacem​

To be honest, I think giving helpers, permission to manage nicknames would really help. So they could take action faster if there is no other higher on. So if people were using their nicknames (offensive, racist, etc.) as an advantage and a helper saw it. So that helper could take action faster cause they saw it. This will make the server more professional I'd say. Rather than leaving a helper helpless.
