I bought 2 kit vouchers off ItzItachi one skylord and one skychamp neither worked sadly the skylord was placed and turned into a painting meaning I probably wont get that refunded but I still have the broken skychamp voucher please help any staff

I know this is very late, but your kits might have glitched or bugged. You won't be able to get a refund or at least I don't think so.
