You can do talk/do whatever you want in personal calls in discord, as it will not affect you in Jartex network.
All you need to do is to ensure you didn't not break any rules in-game and in Jartex discord. As long as you don't do that your fine.

However, it's encouraged to be away from any activities that go against Discord TOS, in Jartex network discord or outside.
