No there is no way to do that
Even in solo, your name WILL change to be shown in color of whatever team you are in

Theres this module on labbymod 3 called "custom nicknames" but it wont show to other players, other players will see ur nick

No, you cannot do such things at this moment. And I guess, making a suggestion for it is not going to help much, because if this feature gets added, then it can be hard to see which team you are in. Suppose you're in green team, and it's showing your rank instead of your name in the team's color, then it can be hard to just tell which team is there, as most of the time we see name tags through walls, we will just be able to see that a “YouTube” or any other rank is coming, instead of seeing their team's name, so it can be hard to know if you are in one's team, or are an enemy.
