Solved Other Help I am banned and i need assistance on getting unbanned

I was banned a few months ago, I do not have access to my console punishments tab.
Please help me resolve this issue it would help me alot.

I checked punishments for the given IGN but it shows that you are not banned
This only means one thing that you are having an IP conflict
Restart your router a few times and you will be able to join again
If the problem still persists then I suggest contacting a staff in #assistance_chat of jartex discord

Incase you really have got a ban from console then I suggest DM a staff with screenshare on discord
I will only suggest this if your console ban is long cause they might take some time to reply and may ask you to screenshare
So in most cases its better to wait it out

If you are banned by a staff (if you are then it clearly says that on the ban page along with reason) then you can make an appeal over here
But keep in mind this is only for bans which have duration greater than a day
