Solved Haven't received my rank even after a month

So I won giveaway in Jartex discord for rank in creative which is designer rank but I haven't recived the rank yet and its been more than a month, before you tell me to dm staff just wanted to tell you that I have dm ovq multiple times but he isn't coming online, I asked bene, notlolo and fuznix to tell him to look at my DM but still no respond yet, Im pretty sure hes busy but I think he shouldve came online yet.
also if I can get rank any other way because tbh hopes are gone on ovq...
