green point and blue point

Why some people have's green point and blue point in front of their names in tab ?? I have too

Pink shard = Nitro booster

Type /linkaccount ingame, Copy the given token, and go to the discord and linkaccount channel, and then type .linkaccount (token) . Take note : do not use this command in the lobby, as it wouldn't work. So you should use this command on any gamemode as long as it's not in lobby.
