What is the suggestion about?

Global /f c f​

Description:

Well, basically you know how you can write in staff chats from other servers? So I was thinking if a global factions/Alliances chat could be added.
The command to toggle global factions chat will be /f c f global or /f c a global.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

We can communicate much easier for example if we are in minigames or ppvp and something is happening like we are getting raided or someone needs help with something we will see it much faster, for example, people like me on discord are always on stream mode or on "Do not disturb" and I won't see the message until I open discord and this will be too late because I don't get notifications.​

This suggestion doesn't really make sense to me only for "Factions".
You have mails to communicate and staff members have a global chat to handle the server which is way more serious than having to inform your friends that you're getting raided or ganked upto, pretty sure that type of stuff is dealt in personal Discord Servers / DMs more.
