Glitch in Cells + AirStrikes

So i am the owner of my cell and when i do /cell home ( Go to my cell) i cant open chest / place blocks / destroy blocks ( Cant do anything) . Its like im in Gamemode adventure (2).Can you please fix it for me or something .
If you get an airstrike from Supply drops aswell its not a tnt (as the normal airstrike ) but its an "Eye of Ender" and when u try to use it it turns into a normal Eye of Ender
