Gkits bug?

Hi guys, I am a new player so I am not sure if it was my fault or if it is a bug. I bought a Lotus Legacy bundle on the auction house for quite a bit of $. I placed it down and it gave me a Miner, Enchant, and Toolsmith class container. When hovering over the containers in my inventory they say "Right click to open this container". I first tried holding the kits and right clicking, then opening my inventory and right clicking the kits. They did not open, so I placed the Toolsmith class container on a minecart track (since it is a chest in a minecart). I was then able to open the chest but it was completely empty? Did I do something wrong or did it simply bug out? I haven't tried anything with the other 2 containers yet because I am worried I did something wrong and don't want to lose out on all the money I spent on these kits.

Sorry to hear that, Same happended to me with bell vouchers and claim blocks right when the ssn resetted, i'd say not to buy from ah or record so players who sell bugged vouchers can get banned for scamming.
