Hii I won e50 at giveaway at Twitter any one know how many days before I can claim it because it's been 5 days since I won and I already send my IGN till now no respond thank youuuu

It can take some time before owner see it
Its usually when they check that platform again i.e. during next reset/update/release.

I would say about 1-2 week in general
It could also take as long as 2 months if its during holiday season
