You could make an event where people make something for the server on creative *E.g a JartexNetwork house* and some of the winners could have their builds placed in the lobby? That would be cool!

-1 it could ruin the palette of the lobby, for example: the lobby is a mushroom roofed theme or something, and the winner built a Jartex Network House as you said, but with neon and or different kind of blocks that wouldnt match the lobby theme. Wouldn't that be odd? Also build event has already been accepted and would probably come sooner. It's almost the same thing.
