/friends plguin​

Description:

The /friends plugin is one of the best plugins for communication, with that plugin all the players will be able to communicate with their friends and no matter what mini game they are playing, players will be able to send friend request to others via in game just by using the command /friend add [username].
And they will be able to send message to them by using the command /friend msg [username] [message]. Or they could also send a message to every friend they have by /friend Msg all [message].
They will also be able to see the online status of their friends and what came they are playing! Just by using the command, /friend status [username].​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This would be one of the best plugins for the server since it will make communication easier between all players, of course everyone will be able to use it.
No more minimizing Minecraft to read/answer discord messages.
And most of the players are waiting for their friends to get online so they can play and with this plugin they will be able to see if their friends are online or not, so it will make everything more fun and easier.
Someone can be playing Skyblock while his friend is playing Bedwars, and there will be no problem to communicate with your friend!​

-1, I don't want 10 people sending a friend request to me every second. People with special ranks like staff, builders, and media ranks will get so many friend requests. It'll get really annoying, if there was a way to toggle this it would be a +1
