Solved Other Friend wrongly banned

my friend with the user "Ostheboss01", got banned by the auto mod for "hacking", and IK he doesn't, it is because he forgot to turn his VPN off when joining as he was watching anime, so can someone unban him because he got qwrongly banned by the system for "Hacking", thanks

There is 2 types of ban, which is either by console, or by staff member.
Console - If you were to be banned by console, you have 2 options you can choice. Either wait out the ban or contact any staff member that has the role, Team Screenshare. https://prnt.sc/1swiqcl
Staff - If it was a staff member, you can submit an appeal, here - https://jartexnetwork.com/form/4/select
Ip-Conflict - Though, IP Conflict may occur, you can check your punishment here, https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/ if it doesn't show any, feel free to restart your router.
VPN - Make sure to turn off your vpn, as it will result them seeing others people ban in which he shouldn't have receive​
