FPS Boost! (addon to post by Fuii)

To maximize FPS boost, use Fabric mod loader instead of forge. Fabric has a built-in FPS boost and it helps loading the Survival 1.16 resource pack

You can combine this with OptiFabric by Chocohead to include optifine
