I don't know about the last bit but I think I know the first bit. Basically whenever you login to jartex, write /email [email protected] and then you'll receive an email on that account, once you click the link/button on that email, your account should be verified with your in game minecraft account. Again if that doesn't work then that's the best I could help maybe report bug or contact staff. Hope this helps
