Hello, staff.
I saw a suggestion for a /report command, the goal was to make it easier to report and to help staff members do their job right.
But a staff member denies it because "console and staff always ban hackers"
Well here are the reasons why this is false.
-Console Is inaccurate, yea it might ban super blatant hackers but it often doesn't
-I never saw a staff ban a bedwars hacker in my whole life, I've been playing for over a year and never saw it occur
Another thing I need to mention is, PUNISH PEOPLE RIGHT.
A player called someone a "di**head" and the dude got offended and reported him.
General Rudeness first offense Is a "warning", But A staff literally just mutes him for a whole day.

and you can even see that that's the only time the dude got punished for something.
so staff can't say like yeah he's been punished 2 times already.
upon seeing drogonmc mute him, i thought "well maybe the first 2 offenses occurred on his main account" and so I checked, and nothing ( http://prntscr.com/nrto27 ) drogon literally skipped 2 offenses with no reason. it's not that if several players report him the punishment gets longer because if you report someone whos already been reported it just says denied cuz this person was already reported, so drogon broke the rules too.
and then what makes me even more mad is that they try to cover up their mistakes with this rule. ( http://prntscr.com/nrtplb ) if you've been unfairly punished you have the right to complain about it. and you think to yourself "well just report the staff member then " YOU CAN'T BECAUSE YOU CAN'T REPORT FOR FALSE PUNISHMENTS IF THEY'RE NOT LONGER THAN A DAY.
Please make sure you hire staff that can handle a situation properly.
