Fix /pv’s glitching

I know its not easy for the devs to fix the issue, but alot of players are loosing high quantities of items that have alot of value without being able to get them back even if its not their fault. It can be really annoying to loose stuff and not being able to get it back if you didnt record it. Please put some effort in fixing this.

• Keeping all vaults in sync in the multiple worlds and completely different nodes causes lots of bugs, that's why they've keep being disabled. Multiple messages have been put by the owners stating not to put anything of value in them as nobody can guarantee that you'll be able to retrieve items anytime you want. In conclusion, stay tuned for any information about it, however at the time of writing this there is No ETA on vault coming back.​
