Fireball's and TNT's knockback don't work as they should work

Can someone fix this incomprehensible behaviour of the knockback from TNTs and fireballs? Like, how it is even possible to hit guy with a fireball and he gets sucked into it instead of knocking him away from it. Sending a vid.
