Fair for 1.14-1.17​

Suggestion Details:

please make the worlds in survival 1.17 meaning not going under 0(1.14-1.17 will see void but 1.18 will see caves) because us 1.14-1.16 players might not have drivers that can run 1.16 and above​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

this could improve your server by letting players that cant run 1.16 or above can still have fun​

im pretty sure the viaversion plugin on jartex allows players to join survival from versions 1.14-1.18 ,so -1
