Failed to Download Resource Pack

Whenever I try to enter SBF, this screen appears (and froze), I can't move or click anything, but I can get back by closing Minecraft. I have changed the resource pack settings (in the edit section) to 'Enable' but this screen still appears. Can someone help me?

It's always enabled, I've tried everything but none of it works

Head to appdata and minecraft folder,then search for resourcepacks folder, in case it isn't there, create one, and if it is there delete the content inside it and try to repeat the pack download process, I hope it helps you out.
