I had a talk with a recent factions top leader and got quite a lot of information regarding your payout
First of all congrats on coming #2 in factions top competition
As promised you will be getting factions store iron and PayPal money.

Factions store iron is directly transferred to your ingame account i.e. to the leader of the factions top
Now this is iron we are talking about which unlike gold is not a premium currency and
according to payouts post will be expiring in couple of days since the day of post which is long gone,
so I hope you have claimed and used it wisely already.
If you are confused as to how you are supposed to distribute this iron amongst your faction members,
you can purchase vouchers from goldshop for that and hopefully you have already distributed it amongst them according to their efforts.

Now coming to PayPal payout, owners will most probably start a conversation with you on forums
You just have to be patient as they are very busy people and will take their time creating the giftcard for you.
I wont suggest you msging them directly as theres a high chance they won't reply
Incase you still dont receive it after a long time, I suggest DM Rodagave on discord as he can contact them and in many case process the payout himself.
I had won twitter december giveaway in past but due to holiday season owners were busy.
I msged Rodagave after a month regarding the issue after which I got the giftcard in february

It takes a while to get money on PayPal or just get the thing you won/got. Rodagave and owners are pretty busy so it will take a while, btw consider DMing rodagave in discord and/or a sr.mod (because if you haven't recieved a message that means they don't even know your paypal)
