making obsidian 4 hits​

Description:

making obsidian 4 hits, basicly takes 4 tnt to break it​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

makes raiding easier, as 5 scatter tnt flies up, and 6 is just odd and sometimes flies up too​

i will raid all server with jee centrel​
