so on the faction outpost BEGINNER .... there is supposed to be a 1.5x sell price increase on crops.... is there a special shop you have to go to because i sold crops in /shop and it was the same price.... if it is broken can it be fixed please?

The Factions outpost was glitched for like few days but must be fixed by now. If you further encounter this problem then please do report it in the Bugs Report Department of the Forums.
