Solved Event rewards!?

Hello everybody!

before I start I’m sorry for asking my question here. I have no idea where I can else ask it. But today I participated in the Halloween event of the gate keeper and won it. I become second in the top 3. But I didn’t get any rewards. When I asked some players online they said you get an loofbos or a win effect. So I looked at both of the things but I got nothing. Does anybody know how?

I think it’s a bug you can report it but if it still doesn’t work contact staff
