Entity despawning

Some cases of entity despawning can be traced to them crossing chunk borders between saves, eitherway are you sure about this case? do you have any proof? I don't recall this being possible. Could you please try to proof this "bugg"?

i think its because of clear lag it is to prevent lag machines

I have seen this clearing on my on island aand its very annoying as i have to replace minecarts in my auto smelter

idk bout the server but in the smp where i used to play, they added this plugin to clear lag which removed entities from time to time ...what i noticed was when it cleared lag all the minecarts and armor stand were despawning as if they were considering them as drooped item or something well u can for sure report this case to the staffs or the devs
