how to craft or get enchanted gapples i have been trying to get this answer for days

Well if you have a rank such as SkyChamp, etc. You can get it as part of your kit. Otherwise, you can buy it on /ah for around 2-3 mil a stack. As for crafting, I never tried it but I think it's disabled for sure.
