Enabling /itemflip​

Suggestion Details:

Factions had itemflip added a few seasons ago and it was turned off due to *reasons* that I believe have been fixed. I think it would be fun if it gets added again.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It would give people things to do/gamble and it would be more fun.​
