Solved DUPERS R ANNOYING

there were hella dupers in prison.
these dudes had stacks of banknotes worth of millions of quads.
I didnt take a screenshot cause i was an idiot and I forgot
THIS IS SO UNFAIR.
Can you guys fix this dupe glitch or whatever is the dumb problem.
SO MANY PEOPLE ARE ON LVL160
