To have a donator rank on discord as well as forums, you must own a permanent rank, which can be iron or whatever. There should be a rank linked to your account that shows that you have donated to the server. Donor rank doesn't provide you with perks, but it gives you access to donor chat and VC. In order to receive the rank on Discord, you must have your MC account linked with Discord, then run the command '.info' and that should give you the rank, but if it doesn't work, then please create a ticket at Ticket - Ask for donator rank.​
