Hello, like a year ago I had permanent LUNATIC rank which I claimed from a voucher, later on I got banned permanently, after that I appealed for an unban and it got accepted, but when I logged into prison, the rank was gone.

Hello Kevinas! Are you sure it was a permanent rank? If you are sure it was, you should contact a staff member and see what they can for you, and maybe get it back. Yes, I'm sure it was permanent. I claimed it 2days after reset and the day after reset I had it still.

Since you didnt pay for it, payment request might not be of any use
If you really are sure that you had the rank before and after the reset, create a bug report over at https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/
But you need good evidence for that, and since this is a very old report I doubt it will be accepted

Probably, the chances of getting it back are really low, but you should try.
