Does everything reset after the new season comes even my private vault

Regarding your question, you will indeed lose all your tangible items like blocks, tools, combat items, and more, including seasonal ranks and seasonal commands after reset.
However, keep in mind that you will not lose any permanent ranks, permanent gkits, and permanent commands only if you redeemed it.

yes u will still have the perks of gkits or perma ranks or perma commands but ssnl last for the particular ssn

well if you are talking about items yes you will loose everything in your vaults/player vaults however you will not loose permanent ranks/vouchers if you claim it before the new season
