What are the requirements cuz im a small youtuber

Hi monster0bxd, these are the requirements:

• You must have 1500 or more subscribers.
• Active channel - at least 1 to 2 videos a week.
• No fake viewers and/or subscribers.
• Jartex Network's IP must be in clear evidence in both videos and channel.
• At least one video on the server already published.
• Keep an average of 200 views per video.
• Have a profile picture. (Not mandatory)
