You will have it. But you will not get XP or coins unless you come back before you win.

what if I disconnect and died when my team carried me to victory and I come back as spectator and came at the perfect time to see my team win will I get reward?

yes you will get the reward if you are spectating.

You can rejoin in bedwars if your bed ain't broken. You cannot rejoin in skywars, don't know about TB

We can not rejoin in TB but we still get the stats we get before disconnecting . Thanks my doubt is cleared
