What is the suggestion about?

Discord Staff​

Description:

So,we all know Jartex has 44 staff members.But as you know all 44 of them are not online always.Also,they are divided in two platforms.They have to keep the network clean and also they have to keep the discord server clean and to help new players in ip related issues e.t.c.Now,
My suggestion is about adding a new staff team called DiscordStaff.As you can see,some kind hearted guys are helping new players.They will have a role in discord server role will be DiscordStaff.They will be completely seperate from Forums and Ingame,fully dedicated to JartexNetwork official discord server.
Now,what perms they should have.
/kick and /mute(For discord only)
Staff ranks are as follows:
Trial
Jr Helper
Helper
Trial rank would have same perms as trial
Jr Helper would be a little higher then trial but a sign that staff member has passed prrobation period
Helper rank will have access to /ban /kick /mute etc.
What rewards they should get for helping server ?
They will have a badge infront of their name just like the Jartex booster pink dot.
Ability to nick.
Access to staff chat and etc in discord server.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Stress on staff members will be relieved.As they have to work on three platforms at the same time.​

i understand what you mean but listen, if the roles are made to be the same name, the new players are gonna be confused and they will ping discordstaff helper if they need a whitelist which they can't help with. The staff present right now are asked to be active in discord as well as there is a requirement. They might be late but they can work with it. Its gonna be a conflict amongst players so i don't think implementing this would be good and some players are blatant and don't check updates so its gonna be a conflict. Hope you understand. This was just my suggestion.let the others share their views as well.
