Description:

My suggestion is about Discord spammers. I think the server chats need to have "SlowMode". You can see the photo that I attached and I think it's annoying. This option is mandatory for large servers ( my opinion ).

I've decided to give you a Neutral.
Slowmode was thing before till they removed it because people didn't like it. I mean if slowmode was added all of these could be prevented but atleast 20% of people in main chat dislikes it and keep complaining. Also if you don't mind me asking.
1) How long do you think it the chat should be slowed down for? (5 seconds, 10 seconds?)

I think 5 seconds are enough. I don't think you'll write a message in less than 5 seconds and people will write their thoughts in one message not like:

Downvoted for the following reason(s):

• You can report the spammer/floolder to staff members. Just copy the message link and send it to a staff member in dms.
• Or, tag a staff member when you see someone spamming and he will take care of him.

Even if he removed the messages, staff can check logs and punish him.

• Having a Slow-mode is annoying sometimes and I personally don't want them to add it.

Jartex is growing pretty fast so, there's a possibility. They may add the slow-mode in the future.
