I don't think there is a need for that right now..
Plus, if it was implemented it would take essential human resources which should rather be applied on making the server better and getting rid of the bugs

Neutral but I do think this suggestion has potential, it just needs to be tweaked. Perhaps players who have ranks on certain gamemode(s) can receive roles specific to those gamemode(s). Therefore players who tend to stick to one or two gamemodes can interact with others who do the same?
