Solved Discord direct messages

I tried to direct message staff on discord but the bot keeps on saying:
"Your message could not be delivered because you don't share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient."

Pls help me message staff

As the error message states. You are either not apart of the same server as him, you are not on his/her friends list, or you are blocked by the recipient.

recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends

You need to request to be his/her friend if his/her option is friends only in DMs.

or you were blocked by the recipient."

OR this certain staff member had blocked you for any reason.
