Solved Discord Confusion

I'm not using this as a way to get myself un-muted, it was only a day so I don't care, but I want to confirm with the community. I said to a user "Are you retarded" The definition of "Retarded" Is to be slow or unstable. The person was taking forever to do the easiest thing (they were reporting someone) I said it and I was muted for "Using a disability to offend someone" Not sure, but last time I checked called someone disabled "Retarded" Is actually rude. So the person that muted me is trying to say disabled people are retarded

I'd see if I was muted for being rude to a person, that's fair enough, but for using disabilities??

The Definition of "Retarded" can be called a disability this is called "Intellectual Disability" so it's not allowed.
